1.      We send all standard poker size playing card decks in Clear protective plastic cases.  Decks that don't fit in these cases are still packed with care.

2.      Most items ship within 2-3 business days and all packages will have tracking. Estimated deliver time is around 7-14 days . Processing may be delayed during holidays, sale events, or other unforeseen circumstances. If you have a preferred shipping method or require shipping provider, please contact us. In the event a package is damaged upon arrival, we will replace the item.  

 

USA

FREE economy shipping on orders over $199, transit time is 7 - 10 business days. Orders must have a subtotal of at least $199 after all discounts are factored in to qualify for free shipping.

Shipping cost is calculated on shipping method and weight.

 

International

Cost is based on weight and destination calculated at check out.  Customer is responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or any other fees collected by your local government.  Shipping costs are non-refundable for any reason. Packages returned for any reason are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Orders may take up to 5 days to process.  Transit time is estimated between 1 - 2 weeks depending on location, but could be delayed due to customs or other unforeseen circumstances.  If you have any special instructions for the customs form please make an order note.
